I rewrote the JavaScript code that ordered the tree-views. It now only order tree nodes that begin with a hex value.
Made some minor changes to the code that generated the tree-view. It previously generated 1 unecessary element for each tree node.

Majora's Mask has leftover code from Ocarina of Time for tunics, but because of changes that was made to the game, it no longer changes tunic color.
This hack allows you to set up the tunic color for each tunic.
Setup
Byte 0x801EF6DC stores which Tunic you've equipped. Value 0x0 to 0xF is used to determine which tunic you've equipped.

The Pointer at RAM address 0x3FFFF4 is used to find Links Object in the RAM.
I found it by writing down the first tunic color address in various areas. Then I revisited the areas, looking for a pointer that had the same difference as the tunic color addresses.
The code is injected at the location where the game checks which Sword you have equipped with Link. (Used to remove the Sheath on his back when no sword is equipped)
Injecting it at this location will make sure that this code only ever runs when in Link form, and when Links Object is loaded into Memory.

Pause Screen Save (WIP)
Pause Screen Save is a ROM hack I'm working on that replaces the built in Save System with one that allows you to save from the Pause Screen by pressing B.
This hack uses the Owl Save as a base, so that the File Select displays Day and Time.

The Save Panel Save Function leftover from Ocarina of Time has been repaired, and is the function that is used to save in this hack.
Song of Time will no longer save the game, allowing you to travel back in time without being forced to save.
The Auto Save that is done on your first visit to Clock Town will now create an Owl Save instead.
You can no longer save at the owl statues, instead they'll tell you how to save in the pause screen.
The end of the 3rd day has been changed to act as Song of Time instead of removing all progress that has been done in the currect 3 day cycle.
An unused Button Action Texture (Action 0x14) has been replaced with one that says "Save" and is used for the B Button when in the Pause Screen.
The Song of Time textboxes has been modified to not mention saving.
When loading an owl save you'll spawn at the last entrance instead of the last visited Owl Statue.
Loading an owl save will no longer delete it. You can reset the game without losing your progress.
To Do
Make it so that the game can't be saved before your first visit to Clock Town and the initial auto save is performed.
Fix an Entrance ID issue that causes the second half of it to be removed when you get Game Over.
Make it so that if you save in a dungeon you'll spawn at the dungeon entrance when loading the file, the same way getting game over does.
Make the Texture Replacement a part of the ROM Hack. It is currently using Emulator Plugins to load the replacement.
